Downloads, Updates and Help

Basic site structure overview 

Products and Topics.

The Products section will have all the products we offer via subscriptions.
For example “The Joomla Template kit SE” will have all of its updates and new downloads at the product page you would click on the “File downloads” tab and if you have access to the download you will see links and a short descriptions of the files available. Now some products offer more then just files some offer content in the form of tutorials, videos, templates, files, code, Book etc.

If a product has any of the extra features you will see a “Related Articles” tab at the product page which could lead you to another product or Topic that you will have access to or not it could just be a good add-on product. Products that are related to Topic’s like the Joomla CMS Topic here you my find product related tutorials “How to’s”, Joomla template kit tutorials, code etc.

Also the site will have extras that may not be directly related to a product but as a member of this product group you will have access to them as well if available.

Our system is super fine tuned on a row level this means that we can show part of an article to one group and the full article to another this also goes for any item files, help, video etc. Any article page on our system can have unlimited chapters and sub pages, videos, files downloads, code etc. an added bonus is the Help/Knowledgebase tab for an article which is at the article level so if a question comes up at the forums or ticket system and its sticky we will add it to the help section of that article for fast help no more time wasted.
